Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Full refund before work starts

If you cancel before work has started, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid, with no deductions.

Work starts on the date onboarding begins, meaning the date of your kickoff call or the date we send you our onboarding questionnaire, whichever comes first. Onboarding begins within 3 to 5 business days after payment.

2. Cancellation after work has started

If you cancel after work has started, the month in progress is completed and is not refunded, because work for that month is already under way. Any full months remaining in your prepaid term are refunded pro rata, at the discounted monthly price you paid.

Example: you paid for the Growth plan for 6 months at €801 per month (€4,806 in total) and cancel during your second month. Months 3 to 6 are refunded: 4 × €801 = €3,204.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by contacting us through either channel:

• by email at contact@volrep-premium.com;
• by WhatsApp at +1 307 622 4791.

Please include your name, your business name and your plan. Your cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your request. We confirm your cancellation and any refund amount in writing within two (2) business days.

4. No automatic renewal

Plans never renew automatically. At the end of your term, the services stop unless you agree in writing to renew. We contact you before your term ends to ask whether you wish to continue, and we never send a payment link or charge you for a new term without your written agreement.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued in euros to the original payment method through Stripe within ten (10) business days of our written confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences applied by your bank.

6. Amounts that are not refundable by us

• Ad spend: it is paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok and never passes through us. Questions about ad charges must be addressed to the platform concerned.
• Third-party costs that you approved in writing and that were purchased on your behalf, such as premium stock media licences.

7. If something is not delivered as agreed

If a deliverable included in your plan is not provided as agreed, please let us know. We will deliver or redo it within a reasonable time or, if that is not possible, refund or credit the value of the affected deliverables.

8. Consumers in the European Union

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. If you asked us to start the services during this period, you will pay an amount proportionate to the services provided until you inform us of your withdrawal. Our full refund before work starts applies in all cases. To withdraw, contact us by email or WhatsApp as described in section 3.

9. Payment disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly before a dispute is opened with your bank.

10. Premium packs

If your Premium access has not yet been activated, you receive a full refund. After activation, the month in progress is not refunded, and any full months remaining in your pack are refunded pro rata, based on the price of your pack divided by its number of months.
