This Privacy Policy explains how Volrep LLC, trading as Volrep Premium ("we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit volrep-premium.com, contact us or use our services. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

1. Data we collect

We collect only the data we need to answer your requests and provide our services:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company or brand (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
  • WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send us and any files you share.
  • Email: your email address and the content of your messages.
  • Client data: billing name and email, business details, brand assets, the account access you grant us, and performance data from your social media and ad accounts.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, the amount paid, the payment status and limited card details (such as the card brand and last four digits).
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the website.
  • Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use the website (pages visited, approximate location, device type). See our Cookie Policy.
  • Premium access: the name and email address of each user you add, the social media accounts you connect to the platform, the posts you schedule, the account statistics shown in your dashboard, and technical access logs (date, time and IP address) used to keep the platform secure.

2. How we use your data and our legal bases

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • To reply to your enquiries and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages.
  • To provide the services you order, including managing your accounts and campaigns: performance of our contract with you.
  • To process payments, issue receipts and keep accounting records: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • To measure and improve our website with analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent fraud: our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Third parties we work with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Stripe, Inc.: payment processing and receipts (stripe.com/privacy).
  • Meta Platforms: WhatsApp messaging, and Facebook and Instagram when we manage your accounts and ad campaigns (meta.com/privacy).
  • TikTok: when we manage your TikTok account and ad campaigns (tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy).
  • Google: website analytics with Google Analytics, only if you consent (policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Formspree: delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy).
  • Contabo GmbH: website hosting (contabo.com).
  • Zoho Corporation: business email (zoho.com/privacy.html).

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where our providers participate in it.

5. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client and contract data: for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards, to handle any questions or claims.
  • Payment and accounting records: as long as required by tax and accounting laws, generally up to 7 years.
  • Analytics data: as described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Cookies

We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, and in particular if you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the authority in your country of residence (for example, the CNIL in France).

Residents of some U.S. states have similar rights to access, correct and delete their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@volrep-premium.com. We will reply within one month and may ask you to verify your identity.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, two-factor authentication on our accounts and role-based access to client accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last changed. If changes are significant, we will inform our clients by email.
