Payment Policy

1. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) per month on our Pricing page, together with the total for the chosen term and the discount for terms of 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices exclude advertising spend and VAT where applicable.

2. Payment process

• Free consultation: we discuss your needs on WhatsApp and recommend a plan.
• Written scope: we confirm the plan, term, deliverables and price in writing by email or WhatsApp.
• Secure payment link: we send you a Stripe payment link for the exact plan, term and amount shown on our Pricing page.
• Receipt: a receipt is emailed to you by Stripe after payment.
• Onboarding: starts within 3 to 5 business days after payment.

3. Payment schedule

By default, the total for your chosen term is paid in advance in a single payment. If we agree in writing to monthly payments for a term of 3 months or more, we send you a separate payment link before each month for the monthly price shown on our Pricing page. We never charge your card automatically.

Premium packs are always paid in a single payment for the whole period shown on our Pricing page.

4. Secure payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. You can pay by card or other methods offered on the Stripe payment page. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Ad spend

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok, using your own payment method in your own ad account. Ad spend is never included in our fees, and we never collect or hold your advertising budget.

6. Taxes

Prices exclude VAT and other taxes where applicable. Any applicable tax is shown on the Stripe payment page before you pay. Business clients should provide accurate billing details, including any VAT number, before the payment link is issued.

7. Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails you a receipt after each payment. If you need an invoice with your company details, email us at contact@volrep-premium.com.

8. Late or failed payments

Work begins only after payment is received. If a monthly payment agreed in writing is not received within seven (7) days of its due date, we may pause the services until payment is made.

9. Price changes

We may change our prices for future orders. A price change never affects a term you have already paid for or agreed to in writing.

10. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
