Which platforms do you manage?
We manage Instagram and TikTok on all plans (one of the two on Starter, both on Growth and Pro). The Pro plan also includes Facebook. Ad campaigns run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
Is ad spend included in your prices?
No. Our prices cover our management and creative work only. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok through your own ad account and payment method. We never collect your ad budget.
How does payment work?
After a free consultation on WhatsApp, we confirm the scope in writing and send you a secure Stripe payment link for the exact plan, term and amount shown on our pricing page. A receipt is emailed to you after payment. There is no checkout on this website.
Is there a minimum commitment or automatic renewal?
You choose a term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; longer terms come with a 5%, 10% or 15% discount. Your plan never renews automatically: we only continue after you agree in writing.
How quickly can you start?
Onboarding starts within 3 to 5 business days after payment. Your first content calendar follows once we have your brand assets and account access.
What is Premium access?
Premium is personal access to the Volrep Premium platform, where you and, if you wish, your team can schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook and follow your account statistics. It is sold separately from our management plans: 1 user for 3, 6 or 12 months, or 2 to 4 users for 12 months. Each pack is paid once by Stripe payment link and never renews automatically. For more than 4 users, we prepare a custom offer.
Do I approve content before it is published?
Yes. We send you a content calendar each month. You can request changes, with up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable, and nothing is published without your approval.
Do you need my passwords?
Where possible, no. We request partner or role-based access through Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Center, so you stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.
Who owns the content you create?
Once the relevant period is paid, you own the final posts, videos, captions and ad copy we create for you and can use them freely.
Can I cancel, and will I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel by email or WhatsApp. If work has not started, you receive a full refund. After work starts, any full months remaining in your prepaid term are refunded pro rata. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No. No honest agency can guarantee results on platforms it does not control. We commit to the deliverables in your plan, best-practice execution and transparent reporting. We never buy followers or use bots.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Any applicable tax is shown on the Stripe payment link before you pay.
Do you work in French?
Yes. We work in English and French and write captions, ads and reports in the language of your audience.
